My Evolution This event allowed the information I have about environment and climate to evolve and develop in depth. He showed that the environmental factor in which we live and are a part is very closely related to human life and continuity. We have once again realized that we need to be much more careful and conscious about the environment and climate in the period we live in. In fact, we are responsible for the point reached, and we are the ones who can change this situation. We have to act and be determined. *Evolution on the Learning Event
1--As an English language teacher at a lower secondary school I am also an environmentalist, the projects and activities related to environment has always been my focal point.When I signup up this event I really got excited as I participated in the SENSE seminars given by Agustin Bastida before.
But I admit that when the LE started I came across many tasks and thought they all would be time consuming and tiring. But my mind fully changed after a short time. I enjoyed fulfilling the tasks, met new friends, seen a lot of good project samples about climate change, had the chance of trying new web tools.
To sum up, I gained a lot and I am already ready to go ahead.
I am deeply thankful to you to give us this chance. I will go on following the SENSE group for sure.

I am an English teacher at a secondary school. Bur during my English classes I integrate into different subjects such as Geography, literature, science, history, Art, and Music. I have been working with the different kinds of projects in e-Twinning. I like projects about the Climate changes.
1.Course valorization

The goal of the course was to discover some fundamental concepts about this global planetary crisis, to develop communicative proposals for interaction between the participants, to get to know some technological tools and create a collaborative project draft. I think during the 2 weeks course we gained all the goals of the course. We have developed communicative skills between participants, Learned a lot of tools and worked actively on our projects and used PBL and EBL-Enquiry Based Learning methods in our projects. We learned EcoC Eco social competence Collaborative Etwinning. In the result the awareness of the participants increased rapidly. With the help of this LE, all the teachers from different countries come together to find the reason for the destruction of nature, ecological problems in which the world is suffering from a strong impact on human activities. All of us must put our hands together to help the Earth. We teachers must explain to our students, our future how dangerous extinction of thousands of species, over exploitation of resources to our planet. We have to explain to them about the sustainable development goals (SDGs) for the peace and prosperity of our life. By the help of peer evaluation I have observed others’ projects and find out how I can recreate my projects in the future better. There are a lot of things, ideas, and thoughts methods all around me. After the finishing the project I will look through all the materials one by one. Thanks to this Learning Event I have got a lot of information.

When I see this event in the platform, I really got excited. We have been carrying on some activites in my school with my colleagues like preparing recycling boxes, preparing slogans and bulletin boards about climate change. As a math teacher I had some knowledge and experience on Climate Change and SDGs.
Because I successfully run The Climate Action Project and The Goals Project last year.Me and my students really like on working Global Issues. But these issues cover a very large area. I believe there is still much to learn. This course has enabled me to approach the subject more consciously and more pedagogically.I learned how to develop a successful environmental Project and I become more aware about the topic. 1. My opinion of the course:

With this course I have learned new aspects related to the serious environmental problem we are experiencing thanks to the work of its two speakers, Fernando and Agustín. I have been aware of the impact of my carbon footprint and I have learned to use new ICT tools and how to tackle new projects in etwinning. Likewise, I have learned from the work of the other colleagues and acquired very interesting ideas for the preparation of these projects, but also about what I can do to contribute to the solution of the problem.
2. Proyects evaluation:
a) Bahar Çelik from Bursa, Turkey: her portfolio is very interesting. Her activity, accompanied by a video, is highly illustrative, as is her project, which has well-defined objectives. The work process and the expected results are coherent but, in my opinion, they could be developed a little more and be accompanied by an image. Very good project in general lines.
b) Lucia Rumi, Como, Italy:
A very well illustrated and striking portfolio, which draws attention from the beginning for how well it is organized and the good use it makes of the images. Her project "Our magazine on sustainabilty" is explained in a brief, but very concise way, detailing very well all the general data, the work process, the objectives and the expected results. This fact gives us hope.

Learning environments for the global problem
The title of the project is well chosen, aims and objectives are clearly stated (to increase awarenes of global changes). It integrates English language and IT, which enables students to widen their vocabilary and promotes using different IT tools.
I like different methods applied particularly learning through games.
Although there are many different forms of project results planned, (eBooks, videos, mind maps, organizing information day), I would suggest to stress them more clearly in the presentation of the project in order to make them more visible to the reader.
I would also recommend the assessment of the project in advance, or maybe it was also mentioned somewhere in the presentation, but I skipped it while reading.

I like the title of the project very much, it is short and eclamations draw readers' attention.
The aims are clearly stated (raise awareness of the importance of clear environment, selective waste recycling) , it integrates English language and IT and the objectives are to widen English vocabulary related to environment and ecology, and to improve IT competencies.
I like the idea of implementing volunteering and donating money to nursing home because these activities improve students social and soft skills.
I would suggest to state result in a bit different way, instead of „The waste collected will be sold“ which may cause missunderstanding , maybe it would be better to say things „waste will be recycled and used as material for new products which will be sold…“
I would also like if methodology applied was mentioned.

Actually, there are more than two projects that I really like such as the projects of Hilal Kaya, Angel Canales Luna, Vesile Uslu, Cristina Mato, Feruze Bilgiç, Alexandra Duarte and Natascia Pica who are really good at organizing their portfolio, and I enjoyed while reading them.

However, I will evaluate two different projects whose topics really appeal to me a lot.

Project name: TIME FOR CLEAN ENERGY SOURCES

Nowadays, I am interested in renewable energy sources and read a lot about it. Thus, the content of the project is very attractive for me as we are urged to find alternative energy sources to save our earth. The organization and the ideas are so clear and nice. There are 150 students in the projects, which means its effect will be huge but there are just 5 countries in the project, so its number can be increased. Objectives, expected results and works process are clearly expressed. However; if detailed information is given by monthly in the work process and dissemination & communication tools are clearly defined, it will be a perfect project.

2. Ebru Hızarcı from Turkey

Project name: Living Harmony with the Nature.

The way of organizing the portfolio, colours, pictures are really soothing and nice. The content of the project and making children be the centre can be very helpful for finding solutions for climate change. General data, objectives and works process are so well-designed that I cannot give any suggestion but for saying : "perfect". All the activities, dissemination & communication tools, outputs are clearly expressed. I want to add just one thing: There are just 6 partners in the project , its number can be increased to touch many people.

Alexandra Duarte- Green It!- the idea is very challenging and I think more and more schools need it. I am not sure about the legislation and about how easy it may be to carry this project into a school in my country, for example. But I beileve it is something more people should think about and the ministries should work with groups of people who want to make a change.

I liked to meet so many diverse people with interesting ideas. The theoretical input on biodiversity and climate was really informative.
Next time I would prefer a shorter period because I had to teach every day and after 6 days, I could not keep up with the given tasks. The given tasks were very interesting and contributed to our personal development. I also liked the way you encouraged us to use new ICT tools.

I benefited from the course in many ways. I broadened my knowledge on SDG, the environmental crisis, the best methodologies you can use and how to make really good projects step-by-step. I'm thankful for all the good examples my colleagues have presented and that I got to know the SENSE group, which has a lot of useful material.
I'm glad I got to know some tools I haven't used before such as genially and powtoon and I really liked the footprint calculator. Thank you, Agustin, for the great course. I've always been keen on this particular topic in my English classes but now my enthusiasm is much stronger, I have big plans for next year. Doing PBL on the environmental issues is now A MUST.

I chose the one by Virginia Armaou (Environmental Problems) and another by Burcu J. Durmus (Save Water, Save Life). These two portfolios and projects are really complete, organised and will surely be successful either as eTwinning or even ERASMUS + projects. Both include the different subjects involved, their objectives, work process (with Burcu even detailing monthly activities), expected results and tools for communication and dissemination.

Thanks to the daily webinars, I learned more about climate change, global warming, ecological footprint and sustainability. It was professional and interactive (using Mentimeter, Kahoot and online Quizizz et cetera). When you want to attract attention (it’s the same with students) you have to offer information in a varied way. I liked the process of making a portfolio and the method of learning a lot. Projects in draft and reviewing is very useful! Sharing ideas with other eTwinning teachers in Padlet helped me a lot! The rubrics ‘evaluation’ and ‘selfevaluation’ are interesting to use in developing future eTwinning projects!

2 a. Peer review 1 Ayna Sadiqova, Azerbaijan – My dream world

I really like the introduction of the portfolio. With the picture of Ayna, you can feel ‘connected’ to the person who wrote the project. I think aim number 1 in the project plan is obvious in eTwinning projects, so you don’t have to write that down. Maybe you can be more specific in describing the ‘aims’ of your eTwinning project. It’s peculiar you want a project for students ages 6-16. Maybe it’s very interesting to share ideas from different kinds of ages and learn about several vieuws (how does a kid of 6 look at ‘my dream wordl’ and what about a student of 16)? I don’t know how you would organise the age difference, it’s not clear to me. There are many tools described in ‘expected results’. Maybe choose one or two as ‘final product’? Assessment – feedback, what do you mean by that? Maybe you can write: feedback, feedup, feedforward in various stages of the project?

I really love the layout of the portfolio, it’s personal (Como Lake background), so it shows the personality of openness! Objectives are clear, dissemination well done. This LE was a great opportunity for me to understand the importance of educational implementations for a sustainable implementations. I appricete the work and activities conducted by Agustin and Fernando. Their knowledge and experience have shown me how little I know about handling environmental problems at school. A comment on the evolution of my project.
My project is on the effects of climate change on animals, how it affects their habitat, their food, reproduction and distribution.

I teach in an Agrarian Institute entitled to Mario Rigoni Stern, an Italian novelist, whose stories were about nature, animals and other rural concerns. This tribute is closely linked to the institute’s mission: linking the educational process to the environmental protection in the perspective of a sustainable growth to promote an ethos of respect of nature and other species on earth.

In this year lessons we've been reasoning a lot about Endangered species and Climate change and how all is INTERCONNECTED on the planet... The idea of a project about animals started from this amazing video about Monarch butterflies...and their migration to their winter home in Mexico on the day of dead...

Like most butterflies, monarchs are highly sensitive to
weather and climate: they depend on temperature for reproduction, migration,
and hibernation; they depend on MILKWEED alone as a host plant. As milkweed abundance is declining, monarchs can't reproduce. From here, we reflected on our responsibility about climate change. What is our impact? Can we measure how our habits affect the planet and the survival of butterflies, bees.... bears and all the species on earth, including us.

I chose to revise Anna’s project for different reasons. First of all, it’s familiar and it gets close to my students’ work on endangered species, which started from an insect: monarch butterflies and milkweed.

So, I was impressed with the idea of counting the insects in the school garden. My students are also interested in bees in the roles of pollinators in biodiversity as they study in an Agrarin institute ( here a some pictures, during the lockdown https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=36&v=DwIfUa1TWhU&feature=emb_title )

It’s noteworthy that her project is full of activities which not only helps improving vocabulary in English, but activates critical thinking process. In my school we have beehives and we teach how to make honey, so I’m sure I will reuse Anna’s activities in my lessons. Her students are welcome to train mine on the topic.

I’d like to review Stejka Stoycheva’s project about WATER. Stejka’s project refers to a local problem concerning Varna in Bulgaria and water pollution in the Black Sea. It also activates students involving them in cleaning campaign. While reading, I thought that I Stejka could easily go from local to global as Fernando taught us, and introduce SDGs 6 about water about availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.

I also like the visual strength of her presentation with genially app and the idea of an e-survey for self evaluation.

I am very happy I participated in this learning event. First of all, I learnt a lot about global crisis and environmental sustainability and I have now lots of ideas of managing future projects related to ecological issues. Also, I learnt about new useful ICT tools (I am not very good in this area).

I have dealt with relative issues in the past with my students but now I am better informed theoretically and my ICT tools skills are much more progressed.

As for the projects that I liked and inspired me:

Comments about my evolution over this course:
I learn a lot, especially from ponents and the contributions of all the course mates in the virtual dashboards.
Before: I was trying to plan a project draft related to climate change but I was not sure if I was going to be able because I teach health subjects.
Afyer the LE: I am aware of the importance of dealing with climate change at school, even from different subjects. I finished my project draft using some ideas from the LE.

This is the first project I analyzed in the portfolio activity. Its name is "Naturally", founded by Begoña and Gemma, two Spanish primary teachers.

Evaluation of the course
This was the first learning event I got the chance to participate in. I really enjoyed it very much although it was a very challenging time of the year for me having to mark and assess our final exams at the same time. As I have not had so much experience in working with the Twinspace yet, I learned a lot about useful tools and how to work and collaborate with eTwinning. Hello dear Agustin and my colleagues. This was my first group work. Although this is the first time, thanks to Agustin you have been very helpful and descriptive in the missions. Also, this issue has been a very important issue for me recently. But this course showed me that I actually know nothing about climate change. First of all I would like to thank you, and then Fernando very much. Make sure you're doing a lot for the world. Especially the resources and studies in the SENSE group are really extensive and informative. With this course, I also improved my English practice a bit. It was a pleasure working with you and my other group friends. You can be sure that I will do more for the world.

The second project I chose is Barbara Bullmann from Germany. The name of the project is Sustainable Development Objectives. The reason I chose this project is that it brings the change of nature and the variety of leaves to it. When I go to nature, I try to study plants and find their common and different characteristics. By recording the change of nature with photos, we can capture the details we missed.

1- It was definitely different from the learning activities I had attended before. Making webinars, live discussion of different ideas .... Environmental problems. I have learned a lot more about making our planet better. I am more confident that I can contribute to the sustainability of the world. Of course, I am excited that we will convey this information we have acquired to our students with eTwinning projects. In short, this learning activity was extremely great in my opinion. 1. Self-assesment

It is the first time that I am participating in an eTwinning LE. Therefore, this LE is very important as it provided me to learn how eTwinning projects are managed and which tools can be used while leading the project to motivate the students and the partners. Beside these, I deepened my knowlegde on environmental issues and sustainability. Witnessing the sensivity of the participants about environmental issues encouraged me and increase my hope that we can really do something for environment and humanbeings. After this program, I am looking forward to taking all of my skills and putting them into practice in my classroom. Learning about how we reflect on being an educator and working together as co-workers during the day has been amazing. It is also important to learn how to implement all of the cultures in the classroom and show the families that they are all welcome and safe in the center and the classroom.
