However, the media is becoming increasingly biased, and it is important for viewers to get all versions of a story. One wrong word can quickly become a scandal, and everyday bloggers can seriously hurt a campaign. The process has then become a lot more risky, as you are making yourself open to scrutiny from everyone. Things from the past can pop up, and this creates a way to prevent candidates who don’t have a good past from running. This makes candidates more promising, but with media bias it becomes increasingly difficult to get the full picture.
