As a student with Dyslexia, I was once shared this story. Through this inspiring story, "Thank you, Mr. Falker" author Patricia Polacco shows students that they are capable of greatness. This story shows students with reading difficulties that they have support. That these students are not less than but they are seen. As a future educator I plan on reading this story to my students to showcase to them, similarly to Mr. Falker I will never give up on them.

Bee and Me by Alison Jay

In the wordless picture book, "Bee and Me" author Alison Jay shares a story of hope and friendship. Although this story is wordless, it tells a strong lesson. English Language learners are supported through this story, by simply using their sight to determine and interpret meaning. As a future educator I would implement this through an activity of using our five senses in this story. EL students can develop a high understanding of the story, and express their knowledge through their senses. I cannot wait to use this story in my future classroom.
