They can be a presence, similar to how when you ride the bus there is a driver presence. People would expect it, and know they can ask them questions, etc. They could even shout "all aboard" at the stops. It is an economic justice issue, a social justice issue, and a racial justice issue. Many people cannot afford a motor vehicle; many are not able to actually drive. This is working in over 100 communities worldwide, including the entire country of Luxembourg and Kansas City.
