         <description><![CDATA[<div>Depression is a serious and important problem because it can lead to disability or suicidal thoughts. There are many causes of depression but there is no one exact cause. The first cause is medication, drugs, and alcohol, for instance, medicines could have side effects that can cause depression, so you should ask a doctor before taking a new medicine. As well drugs and alcohol increase the level of depression. The second cause is illness and health issues, for example, physical issues could affect your brain and change your thinking, and staying for a long time in a hospital all of these could cause depression. The last cause is the personality of a person, for instance, people who worry too much and people that do not have self-confidence are more likely to have depression. In conclusion, there is no one exact cause for depression. It can be for many reasons. Depression is not an easy illness it needs treatment, so people should know the causes first and then take the right treatment.</div>]]></description>

Solutions for depression that you can exercise every day for 15 to 30 minutes.Eating healthy food because with depression you will eat fatty food without feeling and it will affect your mood and energy.Talk to people that you love staying with them and talk about things you like, or do something that makes you happy, for example, watching a movie, playing with your favorite animal, dancing or cooking, these things help you get rid of depression.In conclusion, you should notice whether the things you are doing to get rid of depression work or you will find another way, but this type of treatment takes a long time to show results and get rid of this disease so you never give up.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jim Carrey is one of Hollywood's most famous comedians yet, Carrey's humor was born out of « desperation » as he grew up with an ailing mother and an unemployed father. It was since his sixteenth birthday that Carrie began to suffer from depression for several reasons; the main reason being his father’s loss of his job and his mother’s illness that forced him to drop out of school and start looking for a job. To illustrate, Jim went to work full time at a comedy club. Secondly, when his artistic career began with success, his parents passed away. Because of that, his love life was not as successful as his artistic success, and he was ambivalent in his feelings despite his highly affectionate personality. Finally, his wife's suicide due to an overdose put the final finishing touches on Jim's depression journey and the start of his treatment. In light of the years 2005 and 2017, Jim Carrey seemed to speak clearly about his problems with depression and the treatment he received to overcome these many problems. Unfortunately, he did not completely treat depression, but he received treatment more than once for extended periods in an attempt to overcome depression issues. To sum up, depression is a serious disease that affects everyone regardless of whether their field is comedy or serious, and it is a result of psychological pressures.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many treatments that work effectively to reduce depression or reduce its symptoms in Kuwait. One of these remedies is to practice yoga and exercise daily. Studies showed that exercising will release some chemicals in the brain which help the person to feel good. Furthermore, exercising helps to decrease the stress hormones in your body. Therefore, to promote a culture of exercise and yoga in society, there are several steps, first, using social media programs. An example of this is publishing awareness pictures and videos about the importance of sports for mental health. Secondly, building health clubs and providing free subscriptions at intermittent periods throughout the year. To indicate, the provision of free subscriptions to sports clubs that will encourage people to exercise. Finally, providing public parks and recreational parks with different types of sports and celebrating fitness through festivals. To illustrate, sports festivals are a great platform to meet and exchange ideas and additional events, and the whole community can participate in sports. To sum up, regular exercise and yoga reduce the risk of depression and educating people to practice it is very necessary.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
