<title>Stories In Songs by RaVaana Griggs</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/rgriggs18/rf2jccd0n6sw</link>
<description>For this mini-unit, you will be examining stories in songs. You are to choose songs from each of the decades from the 1900-2010’s and tell how each of the songs tells a story and reflects the stories of the times. What you need to do:
Create a Padlet (STREAM Format)
Add a link to a youtube of each song from the following decades:1900, 1910, 1920, 1930, 1940, 1950, 1960, 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010
Add a text box and write a summary of what story the song is telling and how it reflects what is happening in the world at this time.
Add a final reflection about what you noticed about the stories through the ages. Has the story changed? In what way? Has the story stayed the same? In what way? Do the different styles of songs tell different stories? How? Why do you think they do or do not? Is there a central theme you see in all your songs?
