As you can see,the proportion of Internet users in the USA,Canada and Mexico between 1999 and 2009 grew considerably.As shown in the line graph, Percentage of internet users was the highest above USA and Mexico and it grew dramatically.

It is obvious that the number tended to go up in each country from 1999 to 2009. Mexico can be seen as the country that has the most gradual increase.

The proportion of people using internet in Canada increases most dramatically compares to the other two countries; following by is the USA with the second place and the rise of internet users in Mexico is the least.
