This is a great use of the QR system and very much accessible for everyone since QR codes can be scanned in smartphones. Also, the 3 COVID Isolation wards can help the wellbeing of the people as it serves as another hospital ward that caters to the needs of the COVID patients which opens up more space for accommodation to the main hospital in the city. However, there are downsides to this since the strap might break anytime making it more deadly as the virus carrier is unknowingly spreading the virus and in some cases where the wards are totally full then the worst case scenario is that there will be no area for accommodation inside the city
