High angle - this angle is used in film making because it usually shows a character feeling overpowered and unhopeful. This angle is great because it is not as high as the bird's eye view but it is higher than eye level so it shows enough detail and it has impact. Although, it is not as effective on objects or nature.

The benefits of this shot is that it is realistic because it is what everyone sees on a daily basis. Because of this, it is normal for us and it is not as different.

Low angle - this is used to make the impression that characters are looking down at you and it can emphasise the power or size of anything. This shot is beneficial because you can use it on many different things like trees, people, animals and buildings. It is limited though because it is not very broad and you can only see straight upwards.

Its benefits are that it can display a perspective that not many people have seen themselves but the limitations are that it does not show any detail, you can not take this type of shot inside because the ceilings are not high enough and it is hard to focus on just one thing because it is a broad shot.

Panning the camera is when you turn the camera around slowly in a full circle or a semi circle to get the view that you want. Panning is normally eye level, It is also used for seeing the full perspective of a shot. In filmmaking panning is used for focusing on someone or something when the background is blurred out. So the only things in the photo or video is the object and the plain, coloured background.
