I have not experienced technology addiction I don’t think. Sometimes at night when i’m trying to go to bed, I can’t get off my phone lol. Even when you’re watching netflix or something, it can be hard to stop watching. I haven’t seen it in classrooms so far. Yes, I do believe it’s reversible!

I think during Covid I experienced technology addiction. There was not a day that could pass where I didn’t have to be on my computer and be connected to a zoom call, or some online lecture. Also during this time, there was no face-to-face interaction, so whenever I wanted to “talk” to somebody other than the people I directly lived with, it had to be on a phone call/facetime or through social media.

I think I have seen technology addiction during Covid-19 because everyone was on their phones and it was kind of all we had at the time to communicate and post on social media. But I don’t think I see it in the classroom especially for the younger students because teachers monitor and put a time limit of how much they spend on computers in the classroom.

Technology addition affects a majority of people in our world. Everyone always has theirs heads in their phones. I do think that some aspects of it can be reversible, but for the most part, we'll always rely on technology as a form of communication.
