Some of my closest friends call me "tambok" or "estong" but most of them they just call me by my first name. I am 19 years old and was born on the 11th day of December year 2002. I am the eldest daughter of Mr. Cesario Badrina and Mrs. Alma Badrina. Supposedly, I have two amazing and gorgeous sisters but I am still in a heavy heart to say that I lost my other sister. She passed away last 2013. But I have come to realize that she's fine and happy wherever she is right now because I know that she's in the loving hands of Jesus.
I graduated elementary in the humble school of Tungkil Minglanilla Cebu and finished my junior and senior high at the same school. My journey as a student wasn't easy yet it was inspiring and quite hilarious. When I was first year up until third year high school, I'm always part of the top ten but only for the first and second quarter, I don't know why but I really don't make it to the finals. But guess what, when I was in the fourth year high school finally, I made it to the finals and I even graduated in senior high as an honor student. It is my honor and pride to say that I am currently studying at Cebu Normal University. It has been one of my dreams to be a student of this prestigious university. And so, I am willing to do everything in order to graduate and be able to accomplish whatever endeavor I have in life.
When I get stressed on everything around me, when I get bombarded with a lot of things, responsibilities and roles to do, my down time is playing badminton, in fact, when I was in my high school years I have been one of the players of our school to compete in our municipality in which there were many schools involved. One of my happy pill also is star gazing. I love how stars give me the feeling of comfort and amusement whenever I look up at the sky. 

Life is never really easy, in reality, it's hard. We may sometimes feel like giving up but we must always remember that life goes on and that we must ride with it. Now that I'm 19 looking back, I can really say that our life before was tough. I can vividly remember when I was a child, I would always cry whenever we eat our meal because we only have cassava to eat or even sometimes cassava with fish or like any dish, or worse we have nothing to eat for like two meals in a day. When I was studying in elementary, I sometimes o to school without eating breakfast and even lunch and that happens up until high school. I go to school without money or snacks or worse meal. But, thankfully now, I can say that we are more blessed that before. In God's grace, we are able to have our three meals in a day. I am very grateful also for experiencing such, because I wouldn't be this woman that I am today if I wasn't able to go through all those adversities in life. 
I have learn that life is full of uncertainties and that it needs a lot of sacrifices. We must have to be persistent and optimistic and believe that after every obstacles, hardships and adversities, there is abundance, blessings and success.
