Second, the video tells us that there are three ways to paraphrase and that is the wrong way, the acceptable way and also the correct way. 

In my opinion, the video explains the method of paraphrasing very well and the message and information was conveyed very well and effective. Not only that, the video has a lot of what i think is "infographic" that can really boost the understanding of most people and especially people with photographic memory. Lastly, i think the video has done its job to make the viewer understand what "paraphrasing" is.

My understanding is that paraphrasing is to take someone else's words and ideas and put it in our own words without taking away the original meaning. I think that paraphrasing is good to make one's words or work for an assignment authentic but still have the source to back it up. - The structure of the quote choosen still same after paraphrase.
- They just change the word with the synonym to the word.
4. THE ACCEPTABLE WAY
- We upgrade a few words and phrases then the sentence structure is about to change.
5. THE BEST WAY
- Just use our own words to make everyone easier to understand the paraphrase.
So the conclusion is we must avoid the wrong way of paraphrasing when we are paraphrasing. Firstly, the thing i understand from the early stage of the video about paraphrase is  by using someone else idea and make it your own, it is not simply by changing a word or two. Hence it is not that easy to make other idea our own. We need to understand the context of the sentence and adding some of your word to make it your own.
