We need to get as many staff members at least aware of LA and it's benefits to any position.

Host in-person training for all staff to attend. Perhaps do breakout sessions for each department and show them how their position can use LA (marketing staff, librarians, etc). Make it feel like a personalized experience.

The swag may get LA on the mind of staff that are not very aware of it. So when the main staff user leaves the others left behind at least have some familiarity (and hopefully loyalty!).
