Although the decor was kind of bland there are food rest couch and it’s used for standing up to grab cup since it’s high. However,it’s a lot of people there so you might want to book a seat for it.

The food was pure Japan feel.They have a lot of choices.Specially the half cooked salmon sushi and crab sushi.The salmon sushi is very tender you can’t even tell if it’s salmon or butter.Next it’s the crab not only does it gives you crab meat but also crab paste it’s so much flavour.

It is delicious whether eaten alone or paired with other dishes. The texture and taste of the toast makes me order this dish every time I visit this restaurant.

The service is not very good. The people at the counter was not kind. He ask me what I want badly. I ask for fries and fry chicken. It was very fast before food come. I tasted the French fries and it don’t have flavour. I ate the burger and I think it is alright but the sauce was not so good.

The restaurant isn’t clean. I saw moving things in the kitchen and trash is everywhere on the floor. I really don’t want to go here anymore

the waiter is rude. He ask me what I want badly. I ask for burger and fries and I found a seat near me. Then when the food arrived, the fries don’t have flavour and the burger is alright but the sauce in the burger is not good.

The place is not clean. I saw moving things in the kitchen and there was use tissue in the floor. I don’t go here again next time.

immediately noticed that although it was smal insize it had plenty of seating, very cozy. There are mannostalgic and retro decorations in the restaurant,such as old teapots, painting, bicycles etc. There is mosaic style on the wall. Some retro songs are also played in the restaurant to create a warm and cozy atmosphere.

We tried several dishes. I think the most surprising thing is the steak with foie gras.The steak was soft and juicy, and the foie gras melted in your mouth, very delicious. No wonder This is their signature dish-We also liked the seafood omelette rice. It is filled with seafood and wrapped with a half-boiled egg,very delicious. Every dish was delicious and made the meal a very enjoyable one.

Even though there were many guests, the staff were polite and efficient. Even though the restaurant was crowded, they all kept smiling and willing to help guests.

Overall Kitchen One Cate is an outstanding food experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Hong Kon's nostalgic food culture.
