VC= vacant clean
VD= vacant dirty
OV= occupied vacant
VO= guest in the room

- Involved in the management of the council's handling of the banquet during the ceremony (the selection of dishes appropriate for the ceremony, how banquet either buffet stand / buffet seating / dining area, the layout including the layout of the dining table and services to VIPs) according to protocol mode.

Selection of dishes
-The selection of food suppliers must be made in accordance with the current financial regulations and performance of food suppliers need to be taken.
-The selection according to suitability and approved by the chairman. For the main event involving officials of the state, the menu selection must obtain approval.
-Normally food testing made by the selected menu to ensure a high level of food quality to meet the requirements of the organizers.

Operation Management
- Identify and maintain the shelters for use before, during and after a disaster.
-Provide appropriate accommodation to disaster victims in need of protection, providing an appropriate menu to be provided by members and given to victims / public.
-Determine and ensure the operations room is in good condition.
