         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Drought:</strong></p><p><strong>If eveyone partook in practices to prevent water lost like unnecessary water usesage it would help to prevent drought.  Also, farmers should prevent water loss to their best means like patching leaks in levees and irrigation ditches also only using the exact water needed for their crops.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Breeding ground:</strong></p><p><strong>Farmers have an abundant  amount of breeding ground for waterfowl. They should leave aside fields not to be harvested or plant a crop such as wheat so waterfowl can have more suitable breeding grounds.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Shorter Seasons:</strong></p><p><strong>Shorter seasons will keep pressure of duck populations. Shorter seasons will provide less days for ducks to be killed. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
