It is typically described in terms of what an individual voluntarily refrains from doing. I picked Anne from Anne of Green Gables. Anne has temperance, she gets mad at Gilbert really easily when things don't go her way. In one scene Anne got mad at Gilbert because he was calling her carrots, and he pulled her hair to get her attention and she got mad and hit him with a mini-board and broke her board on his head. So her temperance got the best of her anger when she hit Gilbert with her board.

The former YouTube sensation, Team 10, consisted of 10 young adults that lived in one house in Los Angeles. What made this group so popular was the buffoonery of their leader, Jake Paul. Paul would consistently put on excessive pranks and skits with his roommates that sometimes lead to injury or controversy. Obviously, watching a group of people do such outlandish yet amusing amusing acts was very entertaining for people to watch. Jake Paul and the rest of roommates would receive continuous backlash for the things going on in their household. Instead of taking the criticism as advice to end the buffoonery, they used it as a way to gain fame, attention and money.

Vanity is defined as an inflated pride in oneself or one's appearance. Gaston is an example of vanity because he consistently admires himself in the mirror or in general towards people. He believes he is the best, most handsome man in all of the town, so he decides he must be with the prettiest girl in the town, Belle. He is prideful, rude, snobby, obnoxious, and arrogant and his attitude fits in with the vice, vanity. His vanity drives him to make unacceptable accusation against people who are "lesser" than him. His heightened ego causes his pride to rise and he begins treating others with less dignity.

She jumps around all the time, is too excited about everything and doesn't take a lot of things seriously if anything at all. She's a lot to handle, and while being spirited sometimes is good, being boisterous is when your just doing too much. One example of this is when pinkie pie was trying to connect too different people(ponies) together and she talked too fast and threw a pie in the other ponies face because she thought that might help. Cinderella's virtue is her humility. She is from a humble beginning, where she works hard, has patience, and treats her step mother and step sisters with kindness after everything. She was never greedy. Importantly, she had all of these traits while being at her lowest, dirt poor. Courage most demands our respect when it incurs risk without selfish motivation. Courage is moral strength in the face of danger. Courage is most virtuous when it is combined with knowledge, wisdom, and opinion. Merida exemplifies courage because she had the courage to change her fate. It takes a lot of bravery to defy the wishes of her father and will her own way in life. Merida is independent and brave in the wild when she is alone with her mother, as a bear, and is ready to fight for her independence.

Sadly, a storm comes while they are far from home, and Arlo's father dies. Arlo must now find his way home by himself. Although he is terrified in this unknown territory, Arlo builds up the courage to make the journey home. On his way home, Arlo runs into many obstacles that he must face. Courage is not defined by a superintelligence, big muscles, or being a billionaire. Courage is the ability to push past the fear that that tries to hold us back and confront the danger in front of us. Steve Rodgers shows courage when he jumps on top of the fake grenade not knowing that it was fake. He told everyone to run away from the grenade as fast as they can as he lays on top of it hoping it doesn't harm anyone. Steve Rodgers had the courage before he had the big muscles and super strength. Steve Rodgers is a perfect example of courage. He always faces danger head-on, he uses his intelligence and courage to fight for what's right.
