If you are permitted to go outside (whereever you live) try to do it! Whether it is to walk around a park (distancing) or bike to work. Each day (if possible) try to set aside 30 mins to go for a wander! BUT you have to be strict with yourself. I bike cos it is a healthy way to go to work, not cos i enjoy it really HAHA. BONUS: yes I am outside and exercising!

Perhaps focusing on shifting one part of the day at a time is a way to transition to change in a way that promotes a more longlasting lifestyle shift. I am also best when I stop eating 2 hours before bed.

Whatever it is do it for enjoyment!
When it comes to food it's important not to feel guilty for food you eat, 1 green smoothie isn't going to change you in the same way 1 cookie won't.
