The general public benefits from Kate's work. Her primary focus is to allow people that would not typically understand complicated physics-related topics, to understand them. She also helps out large organizations by giving them support from this general public that she is educating.

I feel that Albin is driven by wanting to help people and make an impact while also having time with family. I think that physicists are able to contribute to society and make an impact because of the unique skill set they have acquired. Later on in her career, December was able to launch a medical device to help monitor HIV/AIDS.

Urszula is driven by values such as kindness and hard work. She helps those with heart problems but also dedicates her life teaching children and their families about how to take care of her health. When she's not helping others, she's working hard to study molecular biology. 

Many people benefit from Urszula's work. Not just children who have heart disease problems, but their families and loved ones as well. She also helps teach families about how to take care of themselves which benefits them by lowering their risk of getting sick.

In her career she started National Institute of Standards and Technology. She used her experience at NIST to land her a job at Google where she now uses satellite imagery to improve Google Maps . Her new job includes a lot of feedback which she credits as a reason quality of work is high at her job.
