An input device is a device connected to the computer to control it or pass information into it. Some examples are: 
1.-Mouse: This device is used to control the curser easier.
2.-Keyboard: The keyboard is used to type letters, numbers, and specials signs into the screen.
3.-USB: This device is used to pass information into the computer or from the computer to the USB.

This hardware can be internal or external to a computer.

Examples:
1. A USB is used by plugging it in to the computer and dragging your information or extracting it.
2. A DVD is used very similar to the USB but this one is inserted through a different place and the storage units may vary.
3. A Flash Memory is a tiny card that is inserted in your PC and used to store data.
