     Let's take Arthritis for an example. The guidelines that CDC recommends are for  clients to be active: walking, swimming or biking.  And their requirements are to participate in community programs to enhance their fitness.

Not being well educated on CDC causes these cost to go up when it can be easily prevented by following the guidelines and improving patients care.

These programs can change medicines ordered and impact day to day exercise activities thereforeimpacting the care I give. 
  The CDC has HIA tools (health impact assessments) that aide communities and care givers to develop care and treatment plans for patients.
