Dear Dr. Yahya AL Ansari 

As you know we have a general problem in the college about using mobile phone in the class, that has a big effect on students’ attention and effect on their exam grades. 

We have a solution that we can deal with it, that when class start the students should turn off their mobile phone and put it in their bags. If they don’t the teachers could take it from them and give them at the end of the class. 

To make this solution work we may to communicate with students and tell them about new policy.

So, this solution it may work and help both of students and teachers. For students to understand well and get perfect mark and for teachers to give teach them perfectly.

Dear Dr.Yahya AL Ansari,

As you see there is a problem inside the class that is a disruotions for all students. Some students are continually leave the class in order to answer a phone call. This can disturb the teacher during the lesson, also, some students can't focus on.

 Recently, I look forward to solve this problem. There are many solutions, one of them is to but a behavior marks. Every teachers will get a form which is written in all students name.  the teachers can depress the students' marks while they notice any bad behavior.

As a result, the students will be forced to follow the rules to save their marks.

Dear Dr.yahya Al Ansari.

There is a problem in our class that most of student use their mobile phones.
This issue has an important affect on the students, They can't focus in the class.

There are many solution for this problem, such as, put all student's phone in a box during the lesson.

To make this solution work, turn the student's phone off and put it in the box that will be on the teacher's desk.

Dear Dr.Yahya Al Ansaari :
As you may know some of the students are using there phons while they are in the class . As a result , they distribute the lesson on the class and they are not focusing .

However, there are many solution but we need to use the best one of them. I think the best solution is to bring a box , and put it near to instructor table , and if some one is using the phone in the class teacher will take it and put it in the box till the class is finish .

Therefor, all the student will be focusing on the class and there will be no distraction ,also they will get a higher GPA ,so do you think that our solution will going in a good way ?

Dear Dr.Yahya Al Ansari
I am writing to you, issues about using phones during the classes. This means that teachers feel confused about that. I am sure i find a solution. As you may my solution is students should reduce using mobile phones during the class also they have yo balance with their studies and using phones or other technology. i'm sure this will develope their academic achievement. Also teachers make a students competition like student who participate in the class and do not use the phone a lot have a point. I'm sure this issues will decrease by the days.

Dear Dr.Yhaya Al Ansari,

As you may know some of student are using their mobile phones while their are in the class, also we have some solution to solve the problem.

As a result , the student work and focus in the mobile phone while the lesson is start, i prefer to have small locker for the phone in the class , one of the polices in HCT to close the phone in time of the class and make  a punishment for the student who is busy in the phone at the time of the class.

So, do think that our solution will going in a good way.

Dear Dr. Yahya Al-ansari 

We received an email about the mobil phones problem. We have many solutions that can help the student to focus in there classes without being distracted by phons. 

Firstly, every teacher must have a basket so when the lesson starts all the student should put there phons on airplane mode and put there phons in the basket. 

Secondly, Any student use her phone during the class she will have warning 1 and warning 2 then she will mark absent without any discussion.

 Thank you for your attention to our important topic. As you know ,the problem of the using mobile phones on the class is confuse the teachers and students , because they don t focus with teacher.

My status as a student , I want to suggest some ideas for the students to reduce using the phones in the class. The solution is students don"t allow to bring their phones in the class. For example, but their phones on the locker when the class start, or the teacher collect their phones and give to them on break and the end of class.

Dear Dr. yahya Al Ansari

As you know we are facing some problem with the students phones being in the class, for they are a distract the students from learning and listening to the teacher explanation.

With regards to the problem I may have some idea's that may work. 1 put the  phones in a box: the HCT should buy boxes and put them in every class so when the students come in to the class they would put their phone in a box and they would take their phones back when the class end.
2. Make them put their phone on airplane mood or do not disturb mood.

As you know we have some issues about using phone in the class, however they has to focus with the lesson.

Moreover, there are many solutions and we have to use some of them with the girls who are using  there phones in the class, for example decrease their marks.

As a result, the teacher have to bring a small book with the names of the students and decrease the marks
