         <title>Film Trailer</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Film Trailers are created to increase the marketing for the movie by showing short, fast pace clips about the film and targeting a certain audience by showing clips of the genre and the audience wants to know what happens next.<br> A great example of a Film Trailer is the 2015 Star Wars the Force Awakens trailer. The structure of the trailer is played out perfectly. The first minute of the trailer introduces the Star Wars audience to the new cast; Rey, Finn and Kylo Ren but the trailer doesn’t give too much away. The trailer continues and a destroyed Darth Vader mask is lying on the floor as the iconic heavy breathing voices over and then shots of the Han solo telling the new people that the Jedi are true as the screen switches to a shot of his ship flying through space is targeting the original audience and brings them closer to the film. Then the trailer shows the only bit of text in the trailer showing “This Christmas” which indicates this is a present to Star Wars fans. Then there are shots of space battles and the last shot in the trailer is the iconic light sabres about to touch in a battle between the new cast, Finn and Kylo Ren. Then the trailer cuts to the Star Wars logo as it fades into the distance giving the audience time to think about the great trailer they just seen.<br> The trailer code set up is a great impression on the Star Wars universe for all audiences as its filled with action, story and big names in Hollywood such as Harrison Ford. When you say the word Star Wars to someone people used to think that Star Wars fans are nerds but this film has rebooted the name of Star Wars as its Disney’s first attempt at the Star Wars film people went in with high hopes because of the success Disney has had with all of their other films.<br> After the trailer ends your left thinking and just taking in all the things you have just witnessed. The trailer gives you the excitement of the film and draws your attention to going to see that film. Since it’s a Disney film its bound to be successful so you go into the cinema with high hopes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A big company needs to make its self-known when producing films so that’s why Indents are designed. Indents are a combination of animations to represent the logo of a brand to let the audience know who funded the film.<br> A great example of a Indent is the Disney intro as the camera pans down from the sky and travels through the valley of sleeping beauty’s castle and tinker bell fly’s over the castle.<br>The Disney Intro shows the magical world of Disney and shows everyone that they are in for a family friendly film because that’s what all Disney’s movies are based on and the Magic of Tinkerbell flying over the castle reminds us that the Disney world is magical but also real as it is the same castle at the Disneyland resort.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The only TV program I watch is a soap uproar named Coronation Street because its filmed really close to my house and I have been watching it for the past 3 years. The reason I haven’t got board of Coronation Street is because the story lines keep on continuing and growing and because I know all the characters, I love keeping on top of the story’s. Coronation street is the longest soap uproar in the whole history of the entire world and continues to be fairly popular in the United Kingdom and has been going on for 57 years. Every time you switch over to ITV to watch Coronation Street you expect some sort of story development that will lead up to a big finale which will gain the most views because of TV adverts promoting the big episode. Coronation Street have done this before in a 1 hour live episode and it ended in a death but death isn’t a big surprise on the street.</div>]]></description>

I do not like the song in my opinion; But I do love the chorus and it has been used in different music and the one I love is Feel this moment by Pitbull ft. Christina Aguilera and the song goes so well with the Chorus of Take on me<br> The music video is brilliant because it shows Pitbull being himself. A famous rapper performing on stage in front of thousands getting screamed at by fans and the general set up when Pitbull is touring. The Music video is filmed in Black and White while Pitbull is on his 2012 Planet Pit World Tour. The music video on Pitbull VEVO YouTube channel is standing at 421 million views and one million likes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is no denying it. We all love film, but exactly what is film? Film tells a story recorded by a camera. Films can take a long variety of time to produce or a short amount of time to produce depending on if there is anything to be done. In film you have the Cast, Crew and a Director. When a film is produced it is normally shown in Cinema. There are two different types of film. <br> Mainstream Films are big movies played out by big brands such as Disney and Sony. <br>Independent films are not so big and have a low budget.<br> A great example of a main stream film (2015) is Star Wars the Force Awakens. This film is the next chapter in the Star Wars saga. This film takes place after Star Wars 6 (return of the Jedi). The movie kicks off with two new characters, Rey (an orphan on a scrap planet named Jaku) and Finn (A former member of the first order gone rouge who has crash landed on Jaku) and they both meet up and find themselves running from the first order (the bad guys) and they get tangled in a new Star Wars adventure meeting up with old characters such as Han solo and Chewbacca. This big budget film grossed $529 million on the box office opening weekend and was the fastest film to gorse $1 billion in only 12 days. When going in to see this film you could be thinking, I think it’s going to be good because it’s in Disney’s hands. When you walk out of this film you will be thinking, oh my, Star Wars is actually great.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This technique of advertisement works really well when your target audience has a big problem of fear, the bigger the fear, the better it works. This technique is designed to scare your target audience through abusive, deceptive and underhanded tactics. <br> An example of this is Corsodyl TV advert named dream created in 2016. This advert uses the technique of having a dream and something bad happening and doing something to avoid that dream. This makes people want to do something about their gums which is manipulating the viewer into taking care of their teeth. By the end of the advert the girl is shown with a tooth missing and this can be avoided by taking care of your teeth and that’s why the advertisement hits you hard.</div>]]></description>

These invented characters have become famous because they did such a good job at promoting a product/ company. Some of the world’s most famous Brand characters are familiar names such as the Meerkats, Churchill the dog and the go compare guy. These brand characters grab the attention. A fun fact about brand characters is that a fictional brand character like the Meerkats have more followers on twitter than Wayne Rooney does. A made up fictional character has more followers than England’s most famous football.</div>]]></description>

This advert shows a family playing games on the wii such as Mario cart, wii sports and wii fit. This advert works really well because it shows a family life style having fun and the advertisement appeals to a family audience. This advert does not appeal to singular people as the wii is shown as a family friendly games device.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This structure can go as crazy as it can. This genre can give the director of the advert freedom to write/design whatever they like. These adverts could include aliens, dragons, vampires and all kinds of beast using CGI effects. In other word it does not represent realistic situations.<br><br>An example of this genre of advertisement is the skittles TV advertisement from 2012. This advert shows a man named Tim who has the power to turn things he touches into skittles. The advert shows comedy as Tim reaches for the phone but it turns to skittles and he gets annoyed and slams his hands on the desk and the whole desk turns to skittles. This shows the struggles he has in day to day life and how he car not touch anything without making them turn into skittles. The slogan that goes 'TOUCH THE RAINBOW. TASTE THE RAINBOW" relates to this advert as Tim touches the rainbow (the skittles) others taste the rainbow. The advert draws the audiences attention because its crazy but also unusual and thats how the advertisement makes the audience remember the brand.</div>]]></description>

The people in this advertisement directly appeal to the audience and the type of people in the advert aim at all different people (from kids to adults) This advert shows a wide verity of things to do. The downfall of the advertisement is there is so much to take in because its at a quick pace that it may put people off going as there is so much busyness in the advertisement.          <description><![CDATA[<div>This genre is very similar to talking heads except this technique uses just a singular person talking directly to the audience.<br><br>An example of this is the Amazon prime and fire stick. This advert shows the former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson promoting the Amazon fire stick. This advert throws in comedy as Jeremy was previously fired from the BBC and when he scrolls past it on the fire stick he just say "that" whilst shrugging his shoulders. The advertisement targets audiences that just want a simple system to watch TV and the product offers that. The advert also use celebrity endorsement because Jeremy Clarkson is well known because of his Top Gear career. The downfall of this advert is that the advert its self is relying on a new show staring Jeremy Clarkson which switches the audiences concentration from the other programs. Overall this is a great advert and it could see me the Fire stick.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The plan is...<br>There is a scooter rider.<br>He is on the skatepark.<br>He fails and falls off his scooter<br>He drinks the monster Energy Drink.<br>He then does a lot of amazing tricks.<br>Point of advert is to show how energy can make you achieve so much more.<br>This advertisement is very realistic as there are no super natural elements and its based in a normal town on a normal skate park with your ordinary scooter rider. <br><br>My USP is to get across the message that you can achieve if you put in the energy and the Monster energy drink is there to boost your energy.<br><br>My target audience is aimed at teenagers so the age range would be from 13-18. <br><br>My advertisement shows off Monster energy as a reliable drink if you need the energy to do things.<br><br>I have researched video adds on monster energy where the person who drinks it always overcomes the odds in ways such as fighting bigger threats than themselves and proving someone wrong.<br><br>My add has the potential to be on billboards as two separate images of someone drinking the energy drink to someone doing something successful on the same image. <br>I also think my add has the potential to go viral because of the amazing stunts shown in the add. <br>Merchandise could be used like building a lego monster energy drink or printing the scooter rider on to the front of the monster can.<br><br>The equitment i will need is high rate cameras to film in slow motion and tripods. I could use my own camera, a go pro hero 4 as this camera can film in 1080p and go at 60fps. I could also<br><br>The only location would be on the skatepark as that is where the add is located. The skatepark we will be filming on is in Irlam in the south west of Manchester.<br><br>The budget to make this is £1.19 to purchase a monster energy drink can. The cast would be voluntary<br><br>The risks of a scooter flying about mid air is dangerous so the media make up team needs to be away form the ramps and the camera people need to be at least 4 meters away from the landing zone of the scooter.<br><br>In my add i will be able to film a edit as i have key skills in these because i have worked on short videos before filming and editing things such as jumping in salford Quays, exploring an abandoned house and Hiking on mount Snowden.</div>]]></description>

Straight after college I went home, Got my Go Pro camera and headed out with my brother and his 2 friends to film the Monster Energy Advertisement. We wen to a Skate Park in Manchester named projects because it has shelter over the skate park so no one would slip while doing Tricks. I originally planned to film at Irlam Skate Park but because of the weather conditions we filmed there.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Producing the Advertisement </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As you would see in my previous Videos on my Youtube Channel. I have made edits using the same editing software Named I Movie. I use this Software because i feel confident in making Videos as it is so simple to use and produces great contented videos. I uploaded 117 Clips from my Go Pro onto my phone using the Go Pro app and edited the video off there. The music used in the video is named  "Cart Hold Us" by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.<br>The link to the song is here: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89AnqCZ8JtA">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89AnqCZ8JtA</a><br>I then continued to trim down the clips and used slow motion to show every movement that goes into every trick. The slow motion works in this because of the Frame Rate i set the go pro to before filming. The quality of the video is in 1080p to capture every scene in more depth and the frame rate is 60fps so I can use slow motion. I used equipment such as a tripod and a gimbal to make the shots less shaken. The reason i didn't film in 30fps is because the slow Motion looks really bad because the frames are to far apart.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We filmed at a SkatePark under the motor way named "Projekts". This skate park cost £4.00 of entry but since I was filming I didn't have to pay. We went to this Skate park because the Motor Way would have shielded it from getting wet which minimises the risk of slipping.</div>]]></description>
