The lesson fit perfect for what they were learning in their classroom. They told me that they made cinnamon rolls in the class earlier in the week, and they also told me that they learned something about Gluten. This was a way for students to not learn as much as I was hoping. I think that they enjoyed the hand-on experience with the worksheet and looking online. I also think that working in a group helped them communicate and learn from each other. We also had a couple of minutes left over in one of the classes and we played a Kahoot, which involved Technology also.
