Applying ARTP to my teaching context. I am going to try out having my students show their comprehension of a short story (fictional text) by turning it into a readers theater play (drama connection). First they will draw pictures/sketches of scenes described in the story and write a caption. Then in small groups they will work on scripts. Finally using AI tools I will ask the students to describe the setting (background scene for each scene in the play ) so that AI can create the image (setting) and it can be projected on a screen behind the "actors" when they perform the play. I like this because it combines the four domains, reading, writing, speaking and listening. Also the students will collaborate. I could say more but I think this expresses my main ideas and what I will do to start with. I can jot notes about what happens and get student feedback as part of my classroom based action research. I need to give some more thought to this part.

Room 4: In our group, the ideas from the first module, research - putting curiosity into action really had the most impact on us. We agreed that while we do engage with research, we would personally like to engage in research more. That was our goal - to find solutions to issues we face and experience in our own classroom.
