Employment will increase because some of those new people will get jobs which increases employment, but the unemployment rate will also increase because there are now a higher percentage of people who do not have a job because a portion greater than the current unemployment rate of that increase in population is unemployed.</div>]]></description>

Furthermore, cyclical is destructive because you could potentially be fired at any time not because you were doing a bad job but because the demand went down.</div>]]></description>
