- Passenger Loading Bridges. It increases gate capacity, efficiency, and customer service as it allows for passengers to alight from the aircraft and into the transit area at a faster and more comfortable pace.

- One performance indicator can be Airport Throughput Unit. It allows for the airport to know whether there is overutilisation/underutilisation of flights. What are the routes/flights which generate the most profit
