At one point you made some pretty decisive statements which left no mystery about expectations - all very professionally and eloquently expressed! I left that meeting in awe of you! You went above and beyond in advocating for that student’s best interest and I was so impressed with your ability to balance the fire with finesse and the passion with professionalism!

As a side note- your son left such a positive impression on my daughter at the YMCA summer program that she still mentions him by name on occasion!
