* Boosters can be added to virtually any nappy; fold them over or double up as needed.

* Boosting is generally essential for nights.

* Be aware that over-boosting closely fitted AIO or pocket nappies may distort the fit, making leaks more likely. Check that leg elastics aren't gaping.

* If boosting doesn't allow you to get at least 2.5- 3hours from that nappy, try a more absorbent one.

* Hemp trifolds: fold into thirds and add to pocket nappies, AIO/SIO nappies, and night nappies (best added between nappy & wrap). Can even be wrapped around a bamboo booster & used inside a wrap as a very slim version of a prefold/flat nappy.

* Hemp hourglass booster can be laid in a wrap or AI2 shell under the small prefold, for a slim yet absorbent DIY nappy.
