At first I think probability it quite confusing. But When when We do some excercise, it may be easier for us to understand the different between complementary event, mutually exclusive event, conditional probabilities, Independent event, and dependent event. I would like to say this LU was a little bit tough to grasp its concept (since it's a little bit complex and of course there is some addition that we did not learn it during SPM level). I found that it was pretty easy if you can understand what the question wanted and visualized it with Venn diagram or by the tree diagram.

I admit this LU is tougher than other because it needs great understanding rather than skills to solve problems but if we understand the sentences and words, this LU will be one of the easiest LU to score marks. I found that this LU is quite challenging because the questions given in the slides and extra execises are not as simple as the formulas given. I need to understand the question first in order to know what formula is suitable for it. Other than that, some of the questions are quite hard for me to understand especially questions involving conditional probability. However, there are some methods that can help me to solve the questions such as Venn Diagram and Tree Diagram. By doing these diagrams, it actually help me to understand clearer on what the questions want.

In Probability, I had learned what are Sum and Joint of two events, Mutually Exclusive events, Exhaustive events, Complementary events, and Independent/Dependent event. Not to forget, how to calculate probability using Venn Diagram, Addition Law of Probability, Conditional Probability, Probability of Joint event, Bayes' Theorem, Total Probability, Tree Diagram and Contingency Table. Overall, the tough part of this LU is to understand the questions. Once you've mastered it, the calculation was as easy as ABC. *peace!*

With the aid of extra exercises and lecturers' guidance , at least I could understand a bit for this LU better than I was , thank god . This LU required a lot of understanding to be honest . Memorizing formula is not enough without enough practice , for example when will we use Bayes or Conditional , the flow of tree diagram according to the question , etc . Yup , it's very challenging LU .

Honestly, I think this chapter is very confusing. It takes a lot of time for me to actually understanding the concept that was taught in this topic. It is quite hard to differentiate the mutually exclusive event, exhausive event and etc. After doing some exercise and the tutorial questions, I finally can understand the working steps and the different between each event. Now, I can differentiate between all the events.
