         <description><![CDATA[<p>5- A giant statue of King George III was erected in the colony of New York. Six years later the statue was torn off its pedestal. Young George was just 22 when he became king. He inherited a world class army that would go on and win the French and Indian War. Most American colonist did not see the king as their enemy. In 1775 George III addressed Parliament .</p><p><br/></p><p>4-I want to explore "The treaty of Ghent", "Abraham Lincoln", "The swamp Fox", and lastly "John Adams".</p><p><br/></p><p>3-I want to remember the name of the known leader in the revolutionary war. I want to remember at least half of the story. I lastly want to remember the date the event happened.</p><p><br/></p><p>2-What type of weapons did the world class army that George inherits used? How many soldiers did he have?</p><p>1-The thing that stood out to me the most was when I learned that king George III went from being a hero to a bad man in a fast period of time.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>5 things you learned </p><p><br/></p><p>1} Author of the Declaration of Independence - He was the principal drafter of the Declaration of Independence of the United States in 1776, establishing the principles of liberty and equality.</p><p><br/></p><p>2} Third U.S. president - Held the presidency from 1801 to 1809 and is best known for the Louisiana Purchase in 1803, which doubled the size of the country.</p><p><br/></p><p>3} Founder of the University of Virginia - After his presidency, he founded the University of Virginia in 1819, highlighting his love of education and knowledge. </p><p><br/></p><p>4}  Multifaceted and inventor - He was an architect, horticulturist, philosopher and scientist.
