         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Since I was given a dog one month ago I’ve loved to sit on the grass of my backyard and listen to random song from one of my playlists while I’m petting my dog lain over my legs. Taking some time for myself out of my day, thinking about how I’m feeling and what is going on in my mind, helps so much my mental-health and it really "recharges my batteries”.<br>2. I have the bad habit to spend a lot of my time watching tv-series, movies or  youtube videos and this makes me to procrastinate everything I have to do till it’s possible. I know that I need to change in order to improve myself and my grades, and that’s why I’ve decided to turn my phone off during the afternoon and turn it on in the evening only if I’ve done all of my homework.</div>]]></description>

Also, I really like nature and hang out alone or maybe with my close friends.<br>2. A negative habit I have is that I easily stress out even about little things. I'd really like to be more calm, in fact, I'm looking for "strategies" to calm my anxiety because I know it's bad for my mind and sometimes even for my body.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I really enjoy hiking in the mountains because I love nature, animals, woods and things like that and I also think it's a good way to stay in shape. Furthermore it's extremely good for us to be in the sunlight and do physical activity.☀️🌳🤸🏻‍♂️<br>2. Sometimes I feel like crying a lot to be happier, because for example I have a lot to learn and my life is always very busy, but then I think of other people and luckily I realize that life isn't easy for anyone and I'm not alone. I know it's a very negative habit, so I will try to do it no more, and instead eating some corn and milk to feel more important and self-confident.☺️🙃👍🏼</div>]]></description>
