         <description><![CDATA[<div>I look for contextual clues in the immediate, narrow and wider context, as well as the reactions of characters. I also read the passage multiple times in order to get a more in-depth understanding. If I still do not understand the word, I look for the main theme of the passage/paragraph, and try to deduce what it means from there. Also, I can apply what I know about prefixes, suffixes and affixes to better understand the word. If all this fails, it is better to just skip the word(if it does not look essential) or just make an intelligent guess. (Might be a bit long, but it works most of the time )</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I will first read the sentence that the word is in, and look for contextual clues in there that might suggest what the word could mean. If that does not work, I will identify the prefixes and suffixes of that word (if there are any) and try to decipher the word's meaning using them. For example: the word "unprecedented" has the prefix&nbsp;"un", which means not. With that, I can get a rough idea of that word.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I make sense of passages by finding the meanings of words through contextual clues in the immediate, narrow and wider context (searching for the clues in that order). This would give me a rough sense of what the word means and which part of speech (nouns, adjectives, verbs, etc. it belongs to. However, sometimes this will not work, so I will look at the different parts of the word (the root, prefixes and suffixes) to be able to better understand what the word means.</div>]]></description>
