T has one student get ready for a 5-minute presentation about an introduction to one of the most influential books in his life. After the presentation, students sit in round or squre form. The presentor brings several burning questions raised from the book and ask them of other students. Students take turns to answer the questions. Otherwise, students freely respond to each other's answer about the burning question. T observes students' discusssion, writes down their participation, and assesses them based on the Harkness or Spider web discussion rubric.
