Teamwork and Leadership.
I think everyone should learn to have the ability to lead AND follow. Leading people, isn't just telling them what to do, but showing/ guiding people and doing those things with them. Be the example, be the person someone else can look up to.

During our freshmen year we got our year cut short because of Covid and we had to adapt to online and hybrid learning. We’ve had to adapt constantly throughout the year because of Covid in other aspects as well, such as wearing masks. We also had to learn to adapt to coming back from Covid and going back to in person. Whether you are successful in high school, and even in life after school, can be greatly influenced by how committed someone is. For example, studying is a way that student show motivation towards their education, as it shows that they truly want to learn what they are learning. Although some students struggle with advocating, said skill is important for others to know that you are trying and commited to learning. Everyone should understand the importance of communicating, reaching out and being reached out to.
