In 7th grade I had skipped another year of math , and despite every sign telling me to worry (knowing basically nobody , completely skipping the class which literally is "before algebra" and the classic "this is harder than last year talk") I was fine throughout and passed easily.

Most presentations I do aren't rehearsed to the letter and I don't live in fear of public speaking. I don't take the fear of messing up and making a fool of myself seriously because who cares about my presentation outside of whoever grades it.

When finals roll around I don't study much , I just check over everything once or twice the day before and don't freak out. Same thing goes for AZmerit and tests in general. I do well (A) without sacrificing my sleep to cram everything in or review it whenever I get the chance

Some things only hold as much power as you give them. If you don't stress about every little thing then the big picture will bite you. Things went well because I didn't worry.
