However, not only do we need plants to create oxygen, but plants also need us to create carbon dioxide. So if more people are breathing in oxygen, that also means that more people are breathing out carbon dioxide for plants to use in photosynthesis. In short, the answer is no. Those who do not die of starvation would eventually be killed by the cold. However, survival in submarines in the warmest parts of the ocean would be possible, but oxygen would be limited and you would soon suffocate. You might also be able to escape the cold using geothermal energy, however, starvation and/or suffocation are still inevitable.
