         <description><![CDATA[<p>I want them to understand basic ethics and understandings of life.  I want them to know that mistakes will be made in life and that it is okay to make mistakes, they just need to learn how to deal with them.  I want to know that they can be successful as long as they try and that success is not driven by money or fame, but by their self happiness. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I use multiple strategies to figure out what they know.  As a class we use CFAs, CUAs, and worksheets, but in individuals or small groups.  I tend to use more verbal communication and analogies.  </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
