         <description><![CDATA[<div>After you have watched the video and thought about some activities, I want you to create a video of yourself completing an activity of your own choice (something you enjoy doing) for each of the health related components of fitness and post it on Seesaw. During or after the video please explain which exercise relates to which component of fitness. <br><br>For example you could have a video of you skateboarding for cardiovascular endurance, picking up something heavy for muscular strength, doing multiple sit ups for muscular endurance and completing some yoga for flexibility. </div>]]></description>

Some questions you can think about could be: <br><br>- What are the main differences between them? - - Which are more important? - Can you have good health related components of fitness and not so good skill related? <br>- Is it possible to be good at sports but unhealthy, why? <br><br>Answer these questions and add anything else that interests you about the components of fitness.
