So, I am in group 4 with three other members. We’ve done about Al- Ihsan and Eschatology📝✨

Group 4: - Hannah Yasmeen
- Syira
- Hannah Sufia
- Syaza Nabilah

The topic that was given to us talk mainly about two things which is Ihsan and Eschatology.

1. Ihsan

-Refer to doing what is beautiful / making things beautiful.
-State in two sources which is; Al-Quran and Al-Hadith.
- Have two manifesting (Towards Allah and Towards his creature)

2. Eschatology

-The fifth article of faith ( Belief in Yawm al-Qiyamah of the Last Day.)
-Have other name; (Yawm Al- Qiyamah/ Yawm Al-Hashr/ Yawm Al-Hisab)
-Sign if Eschatology is The conquest of Juruselam, Rejection of Sunnah, Normalizing adultery, Small number of men and large number of women and etc.
-The importance to believing in Eschatology: It manifest Allah's Mercy, Compasion and Justice.
-Impact: It grants a sense of hope and motivatiom in human life.

My Wish

Being a part of IIUM was one of the best part of my life even it's just through online and virtual, I still can feel the chemistry between all the comunity in CFS IIUM. I really hope that by joining this Usrah can help me to improve my life for a better future.

My goals for now is I want to finish my semester 1 with flying colours! So, I will do my best in the end-semester exam that will be held in just a few weeks from now. I wish all the best to myself and of course to all my batches in CFS.

I felt so grateful and happy because I managed to finish all my task for this semester 1 (Usrah). Besides, i've been gain a lot of knowledge with the sharing season this past week. It's been a really good time and I can see that everyone in my section did their best with the presentation because it really helps me to have a clear understanding on Iman and other topic that had been share by them. I just hope that everyone can be more confident to open their camera so that we can see each other face because it can helps to improve the atmosphere in our usrah to be more fun. But, overall everyone have been really supporting and can share their thought really well!

My First usrah!

Week 1! Introduction

on the first week of Usrah, we got to know each other(Ta'aruf). The virtue of this Usrah is to get to know our fellow Muslims. After that, our head of faci explained about the tasks that we will do during the Usrah like E-Portfolio and Role play. In conclusion, I was able to get acquainted with many peers from different courses. It's so much fun!

Week 2! Reason and Sources of Hikmah from Ibadah

This week, we learn about the reason and sources of Hikmah from Ibadah. When we perform ibadah, there is a lot of wisdom that we can get. One example is the ayah from above and for more information, our facilitator give us one video about this topic (the link in caption):

Week 3! " Preparation of Salah with Khushu' "

In this week, we learn about why it's importance to khushu in Salah and what is Khushu is. But, we also learn about other things like:

-Taharah ( Wudu/Tayamum)
-Condition for the acceptance (sah) of Salah
-Pillars of Salah
-Application of Salah based on situation.

I've got so many input on this week. Like, how to improve my Salah. Syafakallah!

- Al-Ta’ah (Submission/Loyalty)
- Al-Jihad (Struggle in the path of Allah)
- Muhasabah (Reflection)
- Iffah (Modesty/self-restrain from sinful behaviour)
- Tawaddu’ (Humility/Humbleness

What we gained from being patient?

1. Have better mental health
2.Earn the companionship of Allah
3.Will enter paradise
4. Help to educate our heart to be calmer in the face of adversity and trials.

Week 6! The virtues found in Zakah

In this week, we learn about the benefit of zakah and the meaning of zakah.

So what is Zakah?

Zakat is an Islamic finance term referring to the obligation that an individual has to donate a certain proportion of wealth each year to charitable causes. Zakat is a mandatory process for Muslims and is regarded as a form of worship.

This is rtwo example of virtue found in zakah:
-Tawakal (Reliance on Allah)
-Ukhuwwah ( Brotherhood)

Week 7! The virtues found in Hajj

What is hajj and why is it important?

-Hajj is the annual pilgrimage to Mecca taken on by able Muslims, who should complete this at least once in their lives. This makes up one of the five pillars of Islam and brings with it great rewards, benefits and complete forgiveness of any sin from Allah (SWT).

Hajj taught us to be Al-Tadhiyyah (Sacrifice) and Taqwa (Good Consciousness)

I hope everything goes well for me in the final exam. And I wish that in the next semester we can see each other if the COVID-19 situation gets better, In Sha Allah. Overall, I just wish that everyone have a happy life and always take care of theirselves. Therefore, I end my second usrah here!

First of all, Alhamdulilah to Allah for everything. I am very happy and thankful for having the opportunity to attend this second usrah. All of the members are really sporting and easy going! I also gained a lot of knowledge from this session to apply it in my daily life. And I feel so grateful because I managed to complete all my task for this second usrah hehe.
