         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>DISCRIPTION </strong></div><div>This article is mainly to write about the joy and sorrow of doing this assessment, and a deep reflection and reminder of myself. This can make me more responsible and motivated in my future life. This assessment has taught me a lot, and I also know my own deficiencies. I am in year 3 now, this is the last year of my undergraduate, I think it's time to manage myself more strictly, instead of being lazy as before, is a very good preparation for my work life as young professional, who will enter the world of fashion very soon.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>FEELINGS</strong></div><div>For entering to term 1 of my course, we got the assessments already. We had to do the concept of innovation in branding and communications. Students would need to identify and develop innovative practices necessary to implement and sustain a strong brand strategy, in communications and branding. There were two brands and tow retailers for us to choose: BOTTEGA VENETA, GOLDEN GOOSE, HARRODS and LIBERTY. Of course I have chosen Bottega Veneta, this brand was surprised me when Daniel Lee join in. This project was made me so excited to do, because of the brand, and I have shown a very easy mentality to treat this project. When I first saw the assessment, there were four big letters appeared in my head: EASY. I was rejoice of having this kind of an easy assessments for my term 1. So at the beginning of the term start, I already figured out when should I start to do the assessments, how much time will I spend for it, and how long can I just leave the works and only relax. However, I did not understand its complexity at the beginning. Unfortunately, it was not that easy.  </div><div><br></div><div><strong>EVALUATION</strong></div><div>In the first two weeks, I have not done anything, because I thought I have enough time to do this project. I did not find it difficult, even I thought it's too simple. In the third week, the teacher had started to urge us to update the padlet, so I started to do a slow investigation, search pictures, and research. I found that there is too much information to investigate, and it was not as simple as I imagined. But I was still not in a hurry, I believed in myself too much. However, the problem was showing up, using photoshop was such the hardest thing in the world. Every Thursday evening, when we had tutor Alessandro’s class, I was aggressive in the class, because I even could not follow his step to do, even he was helping me. Every day after lessons, I spent a lot of time of study how to use photoshop, and on that week, I gave up of using it because it was so headache, I had no patience at all  and it made me feeling crazy. But, I knew if I do not learn how to use it, I will lose my grade. I asked help from my friend who is really good at it, and I usually spent the whole day of practicing it, and I was really happy when I saw how was my improvement going. I realized nothing is unachievable. As long as you calm down and be willing to learn, then everything is not a problem. </div><div><br></div><div>In the following weeks, I was doing the moodboards and the padlet, because tutor Sennait would like to check it every week to see our updates. I know she was trying to help us, she may want to help us solve the problem in time so that we could finish it quickly and leave enough time for the project. But i felt a lot of pressure on it, because it was like always pushing you to do, you must follow her plan, step by step, without any delay, otherwise you could not keep up. I am an anxious person, this is also my biggest disadvantage, I thought I could done it perfectly and slowly. But when we got tutorials, and I have not done the parts she wants, I was overwhelmed and quickly completed it, but the quality was not high. So I was stressed out about this project. Sometimes I often forgot which part of the content I need to redo. This was awful and was also an irresponsibility for my assessment. I think I have lazy “cancer”, I always finish my project at the last moment every time. This time it was also useless.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>DISCRIPTION</strong></div><div>This is really unprofessional for my future life when I am working in the fashion industry. I know I need to change my attitude of study, if I want to be successful in my future life. Teachers are always the right. This experience made me feel like I got mental illness, everyday I wake up, I did not want to do anything when I think of my work, and always delay and delay to do it, but at the same time, also felt a huge pressure on me. This was weak, and because of the stressed out, I did not want to speak with each others. When I was at home this time in Portugal, I felt anxious every day, I was in hurry and I also felt that the conversation between me and my mother was getting shorter and shorter, I knew it was my problem because I did not want to talk, I did not know what happened to me. I didn't like the way that I was like that. Lazy “cancer” would kill me. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>CONCLUSION</strong></div><div>In retrospect, I was really irresponsible and always be too confident in myself. I want to ask myself, where did you get that much confidence? The fact is I can not answer it, I do not know. Interesting right? After this reflection, I won't be so stupid anymore. This is all for my future learning, I should respect the projects that the school give it to me. Otherwise I will be down. I also understand that the teacher pressed us step by step, it is all for us, they are helping us. I can not complain with my lazy attitude, because the fault was mine. However, the incident made me realized, lazy “cancer” will take negative energy to you, It will affect your relationship with your friends and family. The important thing is, also will affect your grade. I can not be like this anymore, it is so dangerous. <br><br></div><div><strong>ACTION PLAN</strong></div><div>In my future, I will not have this bad attitude anymore, I will cure my lazy “cancer”. In contrast, this will kill me. Of course, I will obediently obey the teachers and complete the tasks the teacher has given us. Teachers are always right, they have traveled more roads than us, so they know how to better help us with our works. I will follow the steps and do it well. Also, I will not give up that easy. Only if you keep trying, you will know if you can or not, there is nothing difficult that we can not do. Every progress is a joy. In the future life, things are more difficult, we can not imagine how hard the things will happen, So the difficult things that are happening now are not things at all. I need to be humble to all the things, not being imaging how easy it is, that is dreaming not a real life. This experience taught me that I should do my work actively instead of dragging on, so I can be a better person in the future life. Next time, I will seriously do what I need to complete at the beginning, and step by step doing it, not in that hurry. This way I can get high marks for my assessments and it is complete perfectly. Daily learning steps are very important, It will make us a good practice, if we change now, it is not too late. We should take ourselves more seriously and be responsible to ourselves, instead of being lazy every day and doing nothing, just rely on thinking. I believe I will become a better student, better fashion worker, better person in the future life.</div>]]></description>
