• Check the weather of your region for today (do this quickly!)
• On the computers, continue researching your chosen state in your region
  
• Remember, for economics, put the types of jobs that you think are needed in your region based on the climate, ecosystems, and geography 

Example- if my region has a lot of great prairie farmland, I'll need farmers

• If you haven't had anyone edit/revise it, please do so.
  
• Let me take a look at your draft before you write your published version.
  
• Published versions may be types of neatly handwritten - Box 2
  
• If typed, please send to me on Edmodo (ask if you're not sure how).
  
• Continue working on your Time For Kids reading comprehension when finished.

• Use the textbooks and other books available at the table.
  
• Remember, get at least 8 notefacts from each source.
  
• When citing the source, write the author of the book, the title of the book, and the page number.
  
• If you have a device, you may use it at this station to research
• Your goal is to have at least 12 notefacts before you leave this station.
  

• Start at the beginning of any color. You will have to make a decision on how to continue the story. The pages of the book will be in the hallway.
  
• Please remember that classes are going on and we do not want to disturb anyone. We will remain silent in the hallway.
  
• On notebook paper, do the following
  

1. Title it 'Westward Adventure' (don't forget your name and #)
   
2. Write which adventure you took and why
   
3. Describe your adventure and include why you made the decisions you did. Be detailed.
   
4. Describe any connections between what you read on your adventure and what you've learned about Westward Expansion from your research.
