It seems like there is less loyalty than there used to be in the business sector. People used to keep the same job for much of their careers and be rewarded with pensions and promotions, but now companies offer less perks to long-term employees and people tend to job hop a lot more.

We have religious freedoms written in our constitution which shows that we value it; however, there are circumstances where religious beliefs might be at odds with other values. For example, some people will forgo medical treatment for religious reasons, which can create tension between medical communities and individuals or religious communities.

Generally, these types of people and practices are tolerated. You can find a psychic or a fortune teller or a palm reader if you wanted to, but generally the culture as a whole doesn't take this kind of information seriously. We don't usually consult these types of people before making a big decision.

Intelligence as measured in terms of IQ used to be the only measure recognized. Now, we are considering that there might be other types of intelligence beside that measured by IQ, such as emotional and social intelligences. So we still value intelligence, but we now have a broader definition as to what intelligence means.

History depicts several situations where verbal oaths seem to hold a lot of weight (in wedding vows, for example), but in more recent times this value has shifted away from verbal promises to written contracts. And even more recently, there seems to be an acceptance of loopholes in contacts. The spirit of the contact is undermined for the technicalities of the language.
