I filled out an online form and had to speak to Lindsey about enrolling to the SES course 
I believe I did well because I had to communicate on how well I did and why I wanted to join the course

I had to message the coach to see when I could coach a basketball session and then during the session I had to act out different drills and lead the people to the right thing during the session
I believe I did well because the people were having fun

I communicated with the coaches to see what time the practice games were on and during the game I had to communicate with the other players to see what they could improve on while also calling for the ball and congratulating my teammates when they did something good. 
I believe I did well with the communication aspect because I was vocal for a fair amount of the game
