         <description><![CDATA[<p>Salmon is placed in freshwater where they can still thrive while in the process of getting to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. Then they are moved to saltwater cages, to undergo smoltification which takes 2 more years to actually prepare the fish to serve to people.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

It is then skinned and sliced to be packaged to sell to consumers. Freshwater fish are manually processed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
