Actions that are due to a drug addiction or a mental illness are better treated through medical attention than through incarceration.
Obey the fourth amendment
The fourth amendment prohibits unreasonable search and seizures, but this is not enacted by police officers as many times, search and seizures still occur without good reason.
Define a standard for the "Use of Force"
It's hard to determine when excessive force is being used by a police officer because there is no national standard that defines the amount of force that should be used.
