The idea is two floors, with two different tiers of mandatory quietness. The upper floor is a designated silent space, with soundproof collaboration rooms with glass walls, as well as individual desks. The lower floor is a more collaborative space for larger groups, with a large central table which has a depression in the middle with cushions for quiet reading.
