He used to come to my house to give me English classes. But, the pandemic broke out, and we started to having our english classes on the internet. Now, the pandemic is "over", and I asked teacher Daniel if we could return to our face-to-face classes, but he said no, because it is very difficult to go to all student's houses and the price of the gasoline is very high. Every day, when we are at home office, we have meetings and several times without the webcam on. Seeing expressions and reactions are important for negotiations. But sometimes we do that online. And it is quite simple. However there was a day when the order was completly wrong and I phoned the store to complain about the problem and the person was extremely rude.
I told him I would go there right away to solve that. 
When we were face to face he was another person extremely gentle and respectful.

Some students wrote obscene words towards a female classmate. The situation took a big proportion and  the student's parents demanded punishment for those responsible.
Then, the school board checked the surveillance cameras and identified the perpetrators.
So, the school summoned the parents and students altogether and face to face. They were all forced to apologize and got suspended for 2 weeks.
