I would recommend this class because it's a lot of fun, it's not too challenging, and you get to explore more topics then you do in earlier spanish classes.

I think having an opening song is a really good way to start the class, it is fun and we always get something out of it. Interactive activities, like Kahoot or little skits, are always fun! Audiovisual activities (videos) are helpful to us!

For me, the most effective activity were Breakout rooms and padlets. Breakout rooms gives me time to work in a small group and padlets help me because I can see other's opinions / thoughts too. Kahoots are also really helpful and fun.

I really enjoyed learning about human rights. It is something that needs to be taught and I have been able to learn a lot more about it. I am very thankful for the opportunity to view different perspectives and really understand.

Of course I recommend Ms. Hanway's class ♡ ! The topics we learn about are always interesting and helpful. Besides learning in the class, Ms. Hanway always creates a safe and comfortable community for anyone which I think is a great thing to have when learning. I know she's always there to help me.

YES! This class is a lot of fun, from the activities to the assignments! I really got to learn a lot this year and it was enjoyable! I think anyone can tell how caring Mrs. Hanway is and how much she loves teaching. I always feel comfortable coming to her class and it's just a fun time! I am very thankful for her patience and understanding. <3

I have been able to learn more about analysis and improving speaking skills. We did a lot more reading, writing, and speaking so we got the chance to improve everything. I think all of the above, I was able to learn new vocabulary and everything.

I would say learned how to understand more vocab words through listening. On top of being able to comprehend what I hear, I am now able to create my own opinion in Spanish.
