My reason for studying or wanting to be in this career is because I want to help people find what they are looking for and it’s something I would enjoy doing. It’s a job I would want to wake up every morning to do. Yes there are going to be those days were I do not want to wake up and do my job but that’s part of life.  In this career you get to work with many different people such as police officers, S.W.A.T teams and at times the Government Intelligence Service.

As a detective I would have to lead a team of investigators to gather information at a crime scene and collect evidence to build cases against suspects. I would also conduct interviews, examine records and monitor suspects throughout a case.
